The Indian PM Modi arrives in Paris on the first leg of a three-nation tour
The Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi has arrived in Paris, the capital of France on 10th April, Friday morning on the leg of his other three-nation-tour. The Indian ambassador to France, Arun Singh was present at the Orly International Airport to receive the PM along with the French Minister of the state for sports, Mr. Thierry Braillard. According to the sources, Indian government has a considerable economic interest in partnering with three countries, as because; they are actually economic powerhouses and have faith in industrialised democracies. This partnership is highly relevant to India’s industrial programmes. Modi will visit Germany and Canada as well, to complete this nine days based three-nation-trip.
My Model of Governance in better than Modi: Delhi CM
After the WB CM, it’s the Delhi CM Arvin Kejriwal, who is an aversion to the image of Indian PM Narendra Modi. On Thursday 9th April, the AAP leader Mr. Kejriwal has said in a media interaction that, his model of governance is better Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s model. He has explained that, during the election people had two models of governance. One was the Kejriwal model of governance of around 50 days and the other Modi model of governance of eight months. By giving the AAP 67 seats in DAP (Delhi Assembly Poll) people have proven that Kejriwal model of governance is better. In addition, he said that, after becoming the state government the AAP has realised that their ‘real fight’ is against bureaucracy and they are working on conducting vital structural changes.
China intends to build a rail link under Mount Everest
China is planning to build a tunnel under the Mount Everest, which extends its rail link through Nepal, granting the latest news revealed on Thursday, 9th April. The railway expert Mr. Wang Mengshu has told the China Daily that, “the line will probably have to go through Qumolangma so that workers may have to dig some very long tunnel.” He also informed that the changes in elevation along the line were remarkable. According to the sources, this idea of finding a shorter route from China to Nepal was for accessing the vast Indian market. The Chinese government is also thinking that, if the proposal became a reality, bilateral trade, particularly in agricultural products will get a strong boost along with the tourism process.
CSK’s bated breath wins against DD on running IPL
The Chennai Super Kings beat the Delhi Daredevils by 1 run in a thrilling Indian Premier League match on 9th April, Thursday night. Chasing a target of 151 runs the DD team began on a wrong note by losing 3wickets at the starting few overs.
